The External and Regional Affairs team is based in the Chief Executive's Department.
Rotherham's official twin town is St Quentin in North East France. Rotherham also has a partnership agreements with Riesa in Germany, Zabrze in Poland and Cluj Napoca in Romania, as well as friendships with other cities around the world.
