Local Development Framework consultation

The Local Development Framework will provide a long-term development strategy for Rotherham, setting out policies and proposals for new housing, shopping and employment, and how you travel around and about the borough.

We are now consulting on how much development we should plan for to 2027 and where in Rotherham this should go. We also want to know your views on which sites should be developed for housing, employment and other uses over the next 15 years
