What do the programmes cover?

Triple P 0-12

8 weeks evidence based parenting programme for the parents of young people aged 0-12, looking at ways to deal with the kinds of behaviour problems and issues that can make family life stressful.

Triple P Teens

8 weeks evidence based parenting programme identifying ways to deal with the kinds of teenager behaviour problems and issues that can make family life stressful.

Triple P Discussion Groups

2 hour sessions which focus on commonly encountered problems in parenting using the positive parenting principles.

Parenting Puzzle (Family Links)

10 week evidence based parenting programme which is designed to provide adults and children with the understanding, skills and ability to lead emotionally healthy lives, build resilience, empathy, self-esteem and support positive relationships.
