This class provides a range of activities including seated and standing exercise, improved mobility and strength.

We want you to feel safe and be assured you are getting a quality and effective session. We have been working with partners to ensure all activities advertised are Quality Assured. All instructors are specially qualified to teach health related exercise, and have the correct level of qualification and experience.

Code Club

Code Club is an after school group aimed at secondary school children to learn more about Coding.

Compete coding projects using Scratch and build your skills each week.This is a term time only group.

Each week, new projects will teach children how to program by showing them how to make computer games, animations and websites.

Students will progress and learn more whilst at the same time using their imaginations to make creative projects using programmes such as Scratch, HTML, CSS and Python.
