Bonfire Night Crafts

Date: 31st October 2014

Join us for an explosion of bonfire night crafts.

Design and create woooshing rockets, fizzing fireworks pictures, and much, much more. Our bonfire night crafts are sure to go off with a bang.

There may be glue and glitter, so please dress for the mess.

Suitable for ages 5-11.

Chatterbooks

A fantastic readers group for seven to 11 year olds.

Read and talk about the books that you want to! Argue over the best authors, the most evil characters, whether the ending is up to scratch or not. As well as reading and discussing books, there are games, competitions, arts and crafts!

Working your area to support young people on their parks, streets and using our mobiles. 

Session involve working with groups of young people on issues such as ASB, CSE, drugs and alcohol, raising self esteem and community responsibility. 

The young people we work with are often sign posted on to other projects that will help them develop their behavioural, social and emotional selves.

Family History

Halloween Fun Week

Halloween Park of Mysteries

Do something different this Halloween and solve a spooky mystery.

Be brave and join the ghosts and ghoul playground. 

This daytime adventure is suitable for all ages but be aware you will meet some fearsome creatures along the way.

Open Access Youth Club - Y7 and Y8

This is a drop in session where young people in Year 7 and 8 can attend at any time to take part in a wide range of activities.

Our open access sessions are aimed at young people who are in Y7 and 8 and provide space  to relax, meet friends and have fun.

Activities on offer include; music, sports, cooking, crafts, games, consoles, pool tables and opportunities to go on trips and residentials.

Aswell as these activities youth workers provide support and advice around issues that effect young people.

Information, advice and guidance for young people.

The drop in sessions are open to all young people, 16 – 19 years who would like support, advice and information on Education, Training or Employment.

This can include CV writing, developing interview skills, signposting to other agencies, support with benefit claims and general advice regarding any issues facing young people today.
