What is a Rothercard?

Rothercard is a free discount card scheme supported by Rotherham Borough Council, which aims to help Rotherham people on a low income by providing a discount on council services, leisure and shopping in the borough. The name, expiry date, signature and photograph of the client is on the card which must be shown to the discount provider.
