eBenefits System Demonstration
Download the following two movie files to see some of the main system functionality for eBenefits. Both movies are recorded in system real time to illustrate the timings and steps an advisor would follow for reporting a change in circumstances and registering a new claim.
DEMO 1 - Reporting a customer’s change in circumstances
This proceeds to highlight the automatic landing of the documents into the electronic document management system. Finally, the optional high-level eligibility assessment is conducted to identify the customer’s likely eligibility to other welfare benefits.
DEMO 2 - Creating a customer’s new claim for housing benefits
This demonstrates the resulting automatic claim creation link with the back-office benefits system and automatic landing of documents to the electronic document management system.
