Rothercard Discount Scheme

Rothercard is a discount scheme offered to people who live in the Rotherham borough area, who are on a low income, or who are over the age of 60, regardless of income. The scheme is administered by the Council and to date there are over 7,500 card holders.

The local authority offers discounted rates to card holders in a number of its own leisure facilities, and other services.

The scheme is also supported by a number of local businesses, who offer discounts or concessionary rates to card holders. In return, the business is advertised free of charge in the discount leaflet supplied to card holders, which is also published on the Council's website.

If you run a business and would be interested in offering a discount or concessionary rates to Rothercard holders, please complete and return the form at the end of this document, either by post or by e-mail to benefits@rotherham.gov.uk giving details of the discount you are willing to offer.
