Dead Animals

The council provides a free same day service for the removal and disposal of dead animals from the public highway. We do not remove dead animals from private residences.

Domestic pets are retained for 7 days to allow bereaved owners the opporunity to collect their pet. Unclaimed animals are collected by Pets Crematorium.
