The service you can expect
Streetpride has set challenging targets. We aim to make safe the following highway problems within 4 hours of notification:
- Dangerous defects and potholes on roads and footways
- Sign and cone-off dangerous overhanging trees and vegetation on highway land and then cutback within 5 working days
- Make safe any holes in the highway due to missing covers, for example, covers on public and private sewers, gas, water and BT apparatus. We inform the owners and ask them to carry out any necessary repairs.
The service we achieve
As well as aiming to meet the 4 hour target, we meet other national and local targets, such as:
- 96.4 % of all dangerous highway potholes are made safe in 24 hours.
- 99.8 % of all highway safety inspections are undertaken on time.
