The Definitive Map Review
The highway authority is legally required to keep the definitive map under continuous review and make modifications where it appears that a route should be added, re-graded or deleted.
An officer was appointed in 1997 to undertake the review of Rotherham's rights of way. Significant progress is now being made in the parish by parish review of the borough's network.
