Register of applications for Definitive Map Modification Orders (DMMO) made under Section 53(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981
Local Authorities are now required to keep a register of DMMO applications that have been made to change the Definitive Map and Statement of public rights of way.

The Register of Informal Claims
In addition to the statutory requirement to publish a register of DMMO applications, the Council has also produced a register of informal claims in order to provide details of submitted claims which will be investigated during the course of the definitive map review.
