Grant of Property in Rotherham - [ In Latin ]
This is the oldest document that has been discovered so far in the archive collections. It is a property deed taken from the archive collection of the Feoffees of the Common Lands of Rotherham (ref no. 363-G). It describes a grant of land in Rotherham from one John Lemmer to Hugh Ponay and his son, Laurence.
