There is an extensive collection of Newscuttings available for consultation.

The Newscuttings from local newspapers are indexed with a contents page and then bound in to volumes.

These volumes include a large subject collection for Rotherham. Examples of subjects include volumes on public houses, crime, parks & gardens, sport & leisure.


There is also a substantial collection for the villages and hamlets surrounding Rotherham, a special collection on local businesses, and a who's who file which consists of biographical cuttings for significant Rotherham People.

The newscuttings volumes have been catalogued on to  Prism, the online library catalogue.
