Rockingham Children's Centre


Rockingham Childrens Centre is situated on
the grounds of Rockingham Junior and Infant School.

  • Quality early education and childcare for 0-5s.
    Contact the centre for times and fees.

 

  • There is help available for new and expectant parents, with baby clinics running from the centre offering advice on weighing, breastfeeding, weaning and general health advice.

 

  • Parents/carers can get a range of health information
    from health visitors, speech and language therapists,
    visits from the school nurse and visits from other health
    professionals who can run groups you can attend.
    Contact the centre about times of group sessions.

 

  • Ask the centre about attending the
    carer and toddler group.

 

  • Parents/carers can also improve skills by attending some of the training available from the centre.  Examples of courses include literacy, numeracy and food hygiene.
