Educational Psychology Service

The Educational Psychology Service (EPS) is part of the Inclusion Services division within Education, Culture and Leisure Programme Area.

The Educational Psychology Service make a major contribution to Community and Corporate Policies. The Educational Psychology Service opens up learning opportunities for all pupils and students, supports the most vulnerable and challenges inequalities. The right of to be included in Education enables individuals to play a key role in developing our local economy and regenerating Rotherham .

Rotherham has approximately 63.000 children under the age of 19. The Educational Psychology Service is a community service supporting children and families and challenging schools/educational establishments to improve their systems.

The service will continue to contribute to the strategic priorities for Special Educational Needs. A key area for development over the coming months is the framing of the service in the light of the emergency children's services.
