These booklet incorporates information relating to the supply and cost of Council Services available to schools and is produced to assist Headteachers and Governing Bodies make informed service choices, plan school spending and secure Best Value.

Both Portfolios contain improved Service Level Agreements [SLAs] for traded service options and Service Level Entitlements [SLEs] providing information on further support services provided by the Council outside of the traded element.

We would encourage Headteachers to discuss the content of the Portfolio with their Governors and relevant officers of the Council before they inform us of the services they are interested in receiving for 2006/07.
