Remember also the importance of on-going risk assessment. It forms a key aspect of the process of risk assessment and risk management. It is a continuous process of decision making requiring sound judgement exercised by competent people.

AALA Licensable Activities

If you are proposing to use an outside provider for certain adventure activities they may need an AALA license to operate. You can check details of their license at the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority web site.
