Choice Adviser

The Choice Adviser Service provides support and advice for parents/carers making an application for a secondary school place for their child. This service is required to be independent and provide impartial support and advice to parents/carers.

The service aims to help parents/carers to make a more informed preference for a place at secondary school. The service provided depends very much on what is asked for and could include support in:

• completing the application form for a Secondary School place (Common Application Form); and

• finding out about schools':

Charging policies for school trips/ activities etc
