Although reading is often considered a solitary activity many readers do enjoy sharing their reading experiences. Readers groups give you the opportunity to do that.

So, Get Reading and make new friends!


Join a Library Readers Group

There a number of library-led readers groups who meet every month. Please contact for more details. New members are always welcome!

Register your own readers group with the library and you will be able to choose from a selection of readers sets free of charge.

Discussing Books

Use a readers guide to help stimulate discussion.  These websites offer many guides along with helpful hints on running your groups and choosing new reads.
