Are you a training organisation looking for a community-based and attractive environment to run your ICT course? Why not use the library! All our Rotherham Online Centres are available to hire offering you fast internet access, Office XP software, scanning and printing facilities. The Central Library and Wath Library also have an electronic whiteboard available to use.
Charges are per 2 hour session and include all printing costs*: Band A (libraries that can accomodate 12+ learners) £21.70 Central, Dinnington, Swinton Band B (libraries that can accomodate 6-11 learners) £10.85 Aston, Greasbrough, Kimberworth Park, Kiveton Park, Maltby, Mowbray Gardens, Rawmarsh, Thurcroft, Wath Band C (our smallest libraries can accomodate 2 learners) £5.45 Brinsworth, Kimberworth (*2008/09 charges. All prices exclude VAT.) The WEA, CEDR and The Rotherham Learning Network regularly use our facilities to deliver various ICT courses and we are very keen to work in partnership with other community learning providers. We particularly want to hear from you if you are able to offer more 'specialist' Office courses, such as Excel or PowerPoint, as we already have enough provision for beginners. We have a range of adaptive hardware and software available which may be of use to your learners.
