f you wish to apply for any of our properties you must first apply to go on the Housing Register. Once you are registered, you can bid for a property using Key Choices. We can also give you help and information on Shared Ownership, the Right to Buy scheme and Home Energy and Efficiency.

Once you are a tenant of RBC, you could furnish your home through our Furnished Homes scheme and insure your contents with our Home Contents Insurance.

If you are on housing need our Assessment Team may be able to assess your need and place you in a priority housing group.

Our Housing Solutions Team can support you if you become homeless and our Sheltered and Extra Care Housing schemes could help you if you need extra support to remain independent.

Our housing stock is managed by 2010 Rotherham Ltd and we also run a Quality Landlord Scheme to improve the quality of service offered by Landlords in the private rented sector.
