Customers can now make all face-to-face enquiries relating to Buidling Control at one of the This is an internal link icon. Customer Service Centres

This includes any enquiries relating to the following services:-

  • submitting building control applications and fees
  • copies of application forms and guidance leaflets
  • reporting dangerous structures or un-authorised works
  • copies of ordnance survey plans
  • appointments with a building control specialist

Customers should no longer make Building Control enquiries at the reception in Bailey House.
