    Licence - Dog Breeding Establishments

    Under the Breeding of Dogs Act 1973 and the Breeding and Sale of Dogs (Welfare) Act 1999 anyone wishing to keep a dog breeding establishment within the Borough of Rotherham must first make application to the Authority.
