    Licence - Pet Shops

    You must have a licence to keep a pet shop under the provisions of the Pet Animals Act 1951.


    If you wish to keep a pet shop within the Borough of Rotherham you must first make application to the Authority. Applications for the keeping of a pet shop can be downloaded here:
