Commentary

The Council gave a commitment to a minimum of three days training a year which has seen 100 percent of employees having training applications approved.  Men were more likely than women to have their applications approved, the opposite of last year.

When applications are compared to the relativity of the group, employees from BME groups were more than twice as likely to go on training and disabled employees one and a half times.
