Every household in Rotherham will be affected in one way or another by the activities delivered or client-managed by Financial Services:

• Council taxpayers
• Business ratepayers
• Council tenants and former tenants
• Council mortgage holders
• Individuals paying bills at the Civic Building
• Suppliers to, and other creditors of, the Council
• Debtors receiving invoices from the Council
• Partners in the private, public and voluntary sectors

Due to the corporate/support nature of much of Financial Services' activities there will be numerous other beneficiaries.  These will include:

• Elected Members of the Council
• Corporate Management Team (CMT)
• Heads of Service (HoS)
• All employees of the Council
• Central Government and its agencies (including external auditors)
• The voluntary sector
• Local authority interest gorups (eg SIGOMA, Local Government Association)
• RBT (Connect) Ltd
