Rotherham Connect

Customer Services

Our aim is to make our services to you as good and as customer friendly as they can be.

We want to provide you with modern services that meet your needs and give you choice about how, when and where you contact us. We will do this through Rotherham Connect: our contact centre, our network of customer service centres, and our on line services.

We will give our staff the necessary skills and training to provide you with a first class friendly and professional service.
