We believe that everyone has the right to live and work without threat of racist harassment and discrimination. This occurs when someone is treated unfairly and without respect due to their race, colour, ethnic origin, language or religion. It can range from looks, offensive body language, verbal abuse and racist graffiti through to physical assault and damage to property.
The aim of the racist incident policy is to improve our service and support to victims and witnesses of racist incidents. If someone tells us that they have been the victim of racism or racial discrimination, we will treat the matter seriously and sensitively.
If you are the victim of racism or racial discrimination, you can make a complaint:
- in person
- in writing
- by using our on-line reporting form
- or you can get someone else to complain on your behalf
Report a racist incident using our on-line reporting form.
If you prefer to use a copy of the paper reporting form, please print off the form below to fill in and send to us.
