Commentary

The information collected does not indicate any over representation of BME, disabled or women workers in disciplinary, grievance or bullying & harassment cases.

The number of grievance claims we received in 2007/8 equated to 2.1 per 1000 employees. By way of comparison benchmark information published in Personnel Today on the 15^th April 2008 indicates that large public sector employers generally experience 5.5 claims per 1000 employees.
