Commentary

The information collected does not indicate any over representation of BME, disabled or women workers in disciplinary, grievance or bullying & harassment cases.

The number of grievance claims we received in 2007/8 equated to 2.1 per 1000 employees.  By way of comparison benchmark information published in Personnel Today on the 15th April 2008 indicates that large public sector employers generally experience 5.5 claims per 1000 employees.
