When and where do Scrutiny Panels meet?

Most Scrutiny Panels meet every month (with Democratic Renewal Scrutiny Panel meeting six weekly), the Performance and Scrutiny Overview Committee meet every fortnight. All scrutiny meetings are open to the public, although rarely sessions are held in private if a confidential or sensitive matter is being discussed. Meetings are usually held at Rotherham Town Hall but occasionally, they may be held at a local community venue. Sometimes, as part of their work, Scrutiny reviews will be held out in the community, close to where the issues for the review impact on the public.
