    Around 250,000 people live in Rotherham, and every one of them is either our customer or a possible customer of ours.

    The best organisations always put their customers first, and we want to be the best.

    We have taken a long, hard look at how we do things to come up with a better way wherever possible. Our aim is to make our service to the public as good and customer-friendly as it can be. Our aim is to put people and service first.

    This guide gives you clear and simple advice on what you should expect from us. A summary, called the customer charter, is on display in all our buildings.
