The Council is committed to achieving excellence but we can only achieve this through excellent managers. We want to be able to develop our managers to reach their full potential. Our extensive programme of management development activities, based around our manager competencies, provide the ideal learning opportunity for managers to develop in both traditional areas of management and in new and exciting initiatives currently coming on board for local government.
We are currently looking for the management development programme to include an optional route for the achievement of a post graduate qualification.
