Struggling to pay your bills? Rent in arrears? Dealing with credit card debts?

The Council's benefits system provides practical help and financial support with housing and Council tax costs if your income is low.

We offer a free confidential debt counselling service to Rotherham residents. Advisers can help with many different debts such as rent and mortgage arrears, Council tax arrears, credit cards and bank loans and belong to the Institute of Money Advisers.



Rothercard

Rothercard is a free discount card scheme which is supported by the Council. It gives discounts on Council services, leisure and shopping in the borough to Rotherham people on a low income.
