Introduction to the Right to Restrict Processing

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, in broad principle, the Right to Restrict Processing gives individuals the right to submit a request to ‘block’ or suppress processing of their personal data by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC).
