Listening to customers

The council strives to deliver excellent cost-effective services to meet the needs of customers and residents.

Your feedback is important to us, listening and responding to the people of Rotherham is one of the most effective ways of improving our services.

To make sure we improve in the right areas and demonstrate progress we also use performance management.
