Civic Theatre
Rotherham Civic Theatre was converted from a Congregational Church to create an intimate medium scale, proscenium arch performance space. The theatre plays host to many companies throughout the year with a programme which appeals to everyone.
A varied programme of professional and amateur dance, drama, musicals, children's theatre, comedy, music, pantomime and variety is presented from September until July every year.
The theatre is accessible by disabled persons.
The theatre is conveniently located near the town centre, only a short walk up the hill from the central bus station and Rotherham Central train station. If you are coming by car, Clifton Hall and Wharncliffe Street public off-street car parks are nearby.
