Facilities for Disabled People
Please inform Box Office staff of any special requirements at the time of booking.
Ramp Access, foyer toilet, lift and usher assistance is available for people in wheelchairs.
Access dogs are allowed in the auditorium, both at the Arts Centre and Civic Theatre. Free Braille information and large print are available upon request. If you know somebody that would benefit from this information please let them know that this service is available.
The Civic Theatre offers a commentary for visually impaired patrons for most plays, musicals and some variety shows. Please book the necessary headset when booking your tickets if you would like to use this service. You may sit anywhere in the house to use this system. There is no charge.
Both the Arts Centre and the Civic Theatre offer an induction loop. Please tell Box Office staff if you wish to use this system. An Audio Description Service is also available. Please request this service at the time of booking.

Parent with toddlers
Baby changing facilities at the Arts Centre are located in the disabled toilets near the Nottingham Street entrance.
Car parking
There is ample free parking from 6pm - 11.30pm on the Nottingham Street car park opposite the Arts Centre and 5 minutes walk away from the Civic Theatre, and on the Percy Street car park opposite the Civic Theatre.
