You can book theatre tickets in a number of ways.

Online

You can book your tickets online for most shows using our Online Ticket Booking System

Tickets must be paid for by debit or credit card when you book by phone.

In person

Tickets can be booked from either of our box offices:

If there is no performance, the box office is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm from Monday to Friday and from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays.

If there is a performance, the box office is open from 9:00am to 7.45pm Monday to Saturday.

If there is a performance, the box office is open from 5:00pm to 7.30pm from Monday to Saturday.

For matinee performances, the box office is open 1 hour before the show.

The box office is closed if there is no performance on the day.

The service is unavailable on Bank Holidays.

Reservations

Reservations can be made over the telephone and will be held for five working days or half an hour before curtain up, before any payment is required.

Concessions

Reduced price tickets are available for children, senior citizens, students, Rothercard holders, disabled and equity members for some professional touring performances.

Ticket Exchange

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Latecomers

Latecomers may be refused entry or they may be asked to wait for a suitable moment in the performance before taking their seat.
