Rotherham Partnership Strategy 2011-2014
The Rotherham Partnership's new three year strategy (2011-2014) is due out later this year. For a number of months now the Rotherham Partnership Board has been considering what should be included in the new strategy and has agreed a new vision and three top priorities. These priorities are based on local research, statistics, inspection results, performance and considerable discussion and debate among partners. They are also informed by consultation (conducted during the last year) with local people about their priorities.
The Rotherham Partnership Board has been clear that in order to make progress they believe the Partnership needs to focus on a small number of key priorities which are shared by partners and require collaboration to address. The focus of the Rotherham Partnership Board is likely to evolve over the life of the strategy as circumstances change, however the priorities below will be central to the Board's efforts over the next three years and the objectives will direct the Partnership's activity over the next year. The objectives identified represent areas where partners feel the Partnership can make the most difference.
