Young People’s Lifestyle Survey
Secondary School Lifestyle Survey (for Year 7 and Year 10 pupils)
The Secondary School Lifestyle Survey has taken place annually since 2006 and is undertaken during the Summer term. The survey is jointly funded by Children and Young People's Services and NHS Rotherham.
The survey contains questions from a range of subjects including:
- Food and Drink
- Activities and Fitness
- Activities In and Out of School
- Feelings
- Bullying and Safety
- Smoking, Drinking and Drugs
- Opinions About their Neighbourhood

Primary School Lifestyle Survey (for Year 5 pupils)
The Primary School Lifestyle Survey first took place in the Autumn term of 2007 and the questions were designed in conjunction with teachers for Year 5 pupils. This is now an annual survey.

Special Schools
In 2010 a questionnaire was developed so pupils in Special Schools can take part in the Young People's Lifestyle Survey.
