Council housing Houseproud Standard
The Houseproud Standard sets the minimum condition to which all Council homes should be let to customers. These standards were chosen by Council tenants.
To make sure we meet the standards, we carry out visits to all new Council tenants within four weeks of you moving in.
We make sure you are content with the service we have provided and with the standard of your new home. During this visit you will be given a satisfaction survey to complete.
