We leave a houseproud bucket in each property ready for new tenants' use. This contains:

• air fresheners
• Empty Homes property standard
• Empty Homes cleaning standard

We are always looking for new ways to improve the houseproud bucket. For example, we are looking to include a calendar or notebook containing useful information and contact numbers.
