- Gather all the information required for your personal case and write to you within 5 working days with a decision. Our current performance is 95%
- Daily refer any issues you identify such as safeguarding, heating and energy efficiency, fire alarms, Rothercare etc to the relevant agency on your behalf. Our current performance is 100%
- Quarterly review how satisfied you are with the time taken to carry out your home assessment interview. Our current performance is 99%
- Quarterly review how your personal views and choices (identified at your initial assessment) have been met. Our current performance is 99%
