Key player registration
The Key Player scheme is for Council tenants and leaseholders.
Key Player registration lets you tell us which parts of the Council housing service you want to play a part in, and how you want to be involved.
Fill in the registration form, tick the areas of our service you would like to have a say in, then select exactly how you want to be involved.
Registration does not commit you to anything - you will be always be given the option of taking part in a particular event or survey. And if you choose not to take part on one particular occasion, then you will still be registered unless you tell us otherwise, or you can change your preferences about how you would like to be involved.
For example, let's say that you are interested in the housing repairs service, but only want to be contacted by post. When we want to hear what our customers think about the repairs service or we want to consult on new policies, we will write to you and give you the option of giving your views to us by post.
