Council housing - core indicators yearly reports
These are the core indicators that we are asked to provide to Councillors on an annual basis. Some, but not all, of these are the same as the ten key indicators which customers say they would like to see.
We aim to be in the top 25% (upper quartile) performance in the country. If it is not always possible to be in the top 25% then we are looking to show a continuous improvement year on year and demonstrate value for money for our customers. The tables below show whether we are achieving this.
