What you can expect whilst receiving this service
Dedicated officers are available to assist you with enquiries regarding your private tenancy. We will be able to deal with any repairs and maintenance issues you may have.
We will visit you in your home at least once every 3 months to discuss your tenancy and affordability issues identifying anything that may need resolving.
We will support you to remain in your home for a long period of time ensuring the property is kept in a good state of repair.
You will be updated on your progress throughout the application process.
