What you can expect whilst accessing our services
Within 3 days of receiving your referral from Consumer Direct an Officer will telephone you to discuss to your complaint.
If your case requires more complex and time consuming investigations you will be kept informed through periodic telephone updates.
We will provide realistic, honest advice on your legal rights and explain the possible outcomes of our investigation and how your case may be resolved
We will be supportive by working with other local authorities and local and national traders to ensure your experience is not repeated for any new customers
