Have you ever thought "if only I was given the opportunity, I'd tell them how to improve things?"

Well, we realise that most customers have ideas on how to make services better, but not all are given the chance to give us their ideas in ways that suit them best.

The Key Player scheme allows you to do just that - it lets you tell us when and in what ways you want to be involved, at a time and place to suit you.

You can give as much or as little time as you prefer, and you don't even have to meet anyone face to face, if you prefer. Some involvement can be done anonymously and we ask for no commitment from you.
