Many thanks to all those who took the time to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey during 2010. Your comments are valued and very useful for us to know how we can improve our service to meet your current and future needs. We have listed below what you said and what we did or will consider doing at each building following the survey. Please don't hesitate to contact us with future comments or suggestions.

We feel confident that the internal décor is adequate however will continue to review it and re-decorate when required |

The building is not warm enough during the winter |
Last winter we tried a number of methods in order to make the building warmer. We are still working on this and will continue to do so |

Unfortunately the centre has no dedicated parking and there is no space to create any. |

The acoustics of the building need to be improved (i.e. a suspended ceiling and curtains fitted) |
We are aware of this however we are unable to carry out the required changes at this moment in time. |

The dance floor is not in a good condition |
We will arrange for this to be looked at and improved if necessary |

A hearing loop should be installed |

More tables and chairs are needed |
New tables were purchased during 2009 and this amount seemed to be enough, we will review this and consider purchasing more if necessary. |

The internal décor and furniture is functional but looking tired |
One of the hirers has kindly replaced a lot of the furniture and fixtures and fittings within the centre. It is new and modern. |
